DESCRIPTION

Rebuild damaged timber quickly and accurately with iQuip Timbabuild EHB60 Epoxy Filler. This high-build, two-part epoxy filler allows you to restore large areas of decayed wood while maintaining the original shape and structural integrity of the timber.

First, remove all rotten wood and stabilise the area with an epoxy primer such as EWS. Then apply EHB60 to rebuild the damaged section. Because the filler has a thick, sculptable consistency, it allows you to mould and shape the repair to match existing profiles, trims, and joinery.

Once cured, the epoxy behaves like real wood. As a result, you can sand, plane, drill, or paint the repair just like the surrounding timber. In addition, the formula resists water, shrinkage, and cracking, ensuring durable interior and exterior timber repairs.

With a working time of approximately 30 minutes and a curing time of around 4 hours, EHB60 allows tradespeople to complete strong, high-build repairs efficiently while achieving a smooth, paintable finish.
