I can’t sign in to my account?

As you may have noticed, Direct Paint has recently undergone a redesign of our beloved website. Because of this, we have had to erase all past accounts that were held on the old Direct Paint website.

But don’t worry! As a tradie or business owner, create a Trade Mates account https://www.directpaint.com.au/trade-mates/ to receive a further 5% discount* on your order. But don’t forget to add in your ABN or Business Name to receive the discount.

For all other customers, you can create a new account in the Checkout Cart payment page. This will allow you to store your personal information to ensure a quick and easy check out on your next order. It will also allow you to check on any past orders, and keep your payment methods securely protected on our site.

How do I get a quote for freight?

If you wish to get an estimate of freight costs for orders under $75, add your products to your cart. View your cart and in the section for shipping enter your suburb and postcode to generate a quote.

If you are an overseas customer, select your country first, then enter your town and Postcode/Zip into the fields to generate a quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. There is no Free Freight break for international orders.  Add your products to your cart.  View your cart and in the section for shipping enter your town and postcode to generate a quote.

How do I mix paint correctly?

You can mix paint a couple of ways. In a store, they will normally put your paint in a automatic mixer which will spin your paint around for some time to ensure all tints have been mixed through the paint.

At home we do not have this option, so there are some tools that help us to do it.

Can you colour match for me?

Yes! Please contact us at [email protected] and we can gather information to make this happen.

I can’t track my parcel!

Sometimes our couriers experience high quantities of parcels, and because of this sometimes there are unexpected delays with delivery times and tracking information. If you are having an issue regarding tracking or delivery, please call us or send us an email to follow this up for you!

What if the colour I want is not on the website?

If you are after a colour that is not listed on the website, please email us to confirm we have a formula to mix this colour for you. It would be unlikely we would not have the formula, but it is best to check. We can then add to the colour listing for you, or will do a manual order for the colour you are after.

Can I call up an place an order?

At Direct Paint we want to make your experience effortless. You can place your orders via the website, through our chat feature or via the phone.

Can I return my clothing?

Yes. If you order an incorrect size, we are happy to issue an exchange or a refund, as long as the products are in original packaging and unworn. To do this, place your items in an Australia Post bag and contact us regarding the returns address.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

At Direct Paint we aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. We strive to get your order shipped to you within 3 business days of receiving payment. Some orders require us to order in stock, and because of this you may receive your order in 2 shipments. Below is the average delivery times for METRO areas in each state once your order has been shipped:
– SA: 1-2 business day
– WA: 5-7 business days
– QLD: 4-5 business days
– VIC: 2-4 business days
– NSW: 2-4 business days
– ACT: 2-4 business days
– TAS: 4-5 business days
