Shipping Method Not Available or Invalid Suburb/Postcode Combination

If an error comes up when getting a quote for shipping from the cart or when checking out that says "Shipping Method Not Availalbe" or "Invalid Suburb/Postcode Combination" this means the site does not recognise the address.

This is easially fixed by doing the following..

From the cart when getting a shipping quote - remove suburb entry, enter post code only and select your suburb from the drop down menu.  This auto fills the fields and the site will continue with the shipping quote.

From Check out - when entering your details into the address fields, make sure you enter the city name and then select the postcode from the drop down menu.  This auto fills the fields and the site will continue processing the order.

How do I get a quote for freight?

If you wish to get an estimate of freight costs for orders under $100, add your products to your cart.  View your cart and in the bottom right of the screen you have a section for freight quotes.  Enter your Postcode and select your town from the drop down list.

If you are an overseas customer, select your country first, then enter your zip and select your town from the drop down list.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. If you would like to ship out of Australia, please send us an email or a chat with the products, quantities and shipping address. Once we receive this information we will send you a quote for internatioanl shipping.

How do I mix paint correctly?

You can mix paint a couple of ways.  In a store, they will normally put your paint in a automatic mixer which will spin your paint around for some time to ensure all tints have been mixed through the paint.

At home we do not have this option, so there are some tools that help us to do it.

Can you colour match for me?

Yes! We offer a colour matching service for $25! You can find this under the Sample Pots and Colour Chips option!

I can't track my parcel!

Sometimes our couriers experience high quantities of parcels, and because of this sometimes there are unexpected delays with delivery times and tracking information. If you are having an issue regarding tracking or delivery, please call us or send us an email to follow this up for you!

What if the colour I want is not on the website?

If you are after a colour that is not listed on the website, please email us to confirm we have a formula to mix this colour for you.  It would be unlikely we would not have the formula, but it is best to check.  We can then add to the colour listing for you, or will do a manual order for the colour you are after.

Can I call up an place an order?

Can I return my clothing?

Yes. If you order an incorrect size, we are happy to issue an exchange or a refund, as long as the products are in original packaging and unworn. To do this, place your items in an Australia Post bag and contact us regarding the returns address.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

At Direct Paint we aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Some orders require us to order in stock, and may add up to 5 days delay before shipping. Below is the average delivery times for METRO areas in each state once your order has been shipped:

- WA: 5-7 business days
- QLD: 4-5 business days
- VIC: 2-4 business days
- NSW: 2-4 business days
