You may have recently seen in the media severe backlogs in various parcel delivery services including Australia Post & other national couriers.

This has been caused by unprecedented volumes of parcels being processed for delivery at times of state & regional COVID lockdowns across most of metro Sydney & the state of Victoria. 

As such we have encountered a prolonged delay in our free delivery service on orders that have been placed recently.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused, and we want to assure you that your parcels will arrive safely to you once sorted through the courier’s warehouses.

As COVID restrictions ease we believe that delivery services will return to normal.

Courier companies have further assured us that they are working as fast as possible to get your goods to you quickly and safely, and have apologised for all delays caused thus far.

 

Refunds

As of the 6/10/2021, we can no longer offer an instant refund on any new orders placed through our website. We are happy to still offer a refund on any order you may no longer need or want, but all items on orders must first be returned to our warehouse in full before any refunds can be processed.
The only exception to this is if your item is deemed lost or damaged by the courier company themselves.

Due to ongoing delays outlined above this may take some time & our advice is to be patient as your goods will arrive. 

Once again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your understanding throughout these unforeseen circumstances.
