Bartoline premium premixed medium weight adhesive is designed for the application of all paper and cloth backed vinyl fabrics/wallpapers including heavy duty home requirements, also suitable for grass cloths. Recommended for high end designer unpasted wall coverings. For use on new and old surfaces of plaster and wallboard.
