Window Seats

Wanting an easy option to make your space more warm, cozy and inviting?  Then look at adding a window seat to your room.  Not only can it add some colour and softness to your space with the use of cushions and materials, but it is also a practical way of adding extra seating and even storage to your room.  Which ever sized window and space you have, we have found some interesting ways in how you can add a window seat to your room.

Tip: If you don't have an overly large window, you can make it feel larger by giving it a frame with either timber, plaster and / or paint.  This will make the window appear larger than it really is.  Also take into consideration the view from the window and when decorating your window seat choose colours, patterns and textures which compliment what is on the other side of the window.
