Statement Windows
Windows not only let light into a space, they can really transform a room and make it its own. Windows come in all shapes, sizes and styles but by selecting the right window for the right space and use they can have a huge impact on the overall appearance and feeling of your room. Large expanse of glass and reflection not only brings ambient lighting to your space, but also can make a room appear larger than it really is, making larger windows perfect for smaller rooms. And if you have amazing views outside, why not make the most of them by choosing large statement windows to enjoy the outdoors in. We have found some clear ideas in how you can add Statement Windows to your space.
Tip: Don't be afraid of walls of glass when it comes to furniture placement. Most current key furniture pieces are now quite low so can easily be placed in the centre of the room without closing the space in too much. If you want your windows to make a real statement, then think about the shape of window that's going in the space. If you have cathederal ceilings, then follow this shape through with your windows to enhance your architectural features as well as playing on proportions.
