Sky Lights

Many of us have internal rooms and areas that can be dark and lacking natural day light.  An easy and effective way to add some natural lighting into these spaces is by adding a sky light.  Sky lights come in all different shapes and sizes, or if you are building or renovating then consider adding glass panels to your ceilings for more lighting and to give your space that real wow factor.  Whatever the size of your space, type of room or budget you are working with, we have found some striking ideas in how you can add a sky light to lighten up your space.

Tip: If you are wanting your sky light to be a focal point within your space, think about highlighting the frame of your sky light with a contrasting colour to your ceiling / walls.  Or add some texture to your ceiling / wall with timber, concrete or stone to really draw the eye upwards.
