It has become quite easy to introduce a bit of Morocco into your home, with the endless number of Moroccan influenced décor & home furnishings readily available in most homeware stores.  And you don’t need to always spend a lot to achieve a Moroccan inspired room.

When creating this look in your own home, think of adding some key Moroccan styled pieces (i.e. light fittings, fabrics etc) & mixing it with different textures, like timbers, stones, metals & glass. If you are too afraid to use too much colour, use these textures in the furniture & add the colour with your décor (cushions, curtains etc).

To add a splash of Morocco in your home, think of adding rich vibrant colours like blues, purples, emerald/greens (jewelled tones) & team these back with neutrals like fresh whites & natural stone colours.  There are also some amazing wallpapers available with Moroccan styled designs which too can add some colour, texture & interest into your room.
