Front Entrances

The Front Entrance is the first impression any visitor will have of your home even before they step foot in it.  Some visitors may not even go any further than your Front Entrance, so this is an area you don't want to leave forgotten.  Front Entrances can be all sort of shapes and sizes, it's how you make the most of what you have that really matters.  Whether your Front Entrance is used for storing things like shoes, umbrellas, coats, bags etc or for seating while you get ready to go out or just to look welcoming, it's one small space that you'll walk through and use everyday.  We have found some creative ways in how you can make an entrance with your Front Entrance.

Tip: Since Front Entrances are the first room of any house, you want to make sure this ties in with the rest of the home style.  When selecting pieces of furniture for your Front Entrance, think about size as not only do you want your Front Entrance to look appealing, but you also still want it to be practical and easy to walk through.  And think about proportions..... add one large oversized statement piece like a huge mirror / artwork or pendant lighting to create some drama and impact.
